At Tickly Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please read through our Refund and Returns Policy below for instructions on how to return or exchange your items.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most products purchased from our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging, including any tags, seals, and protective wrapping.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used hair care products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Gift cards, sale, or clearance items.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or physical retail locations.
If your return meets the above criteria, please follow the instructions below for processing your return.
2. Returns Process
To return an item:

Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@ticklyhair.com or call us at (315) 768-9535 to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Ship the Item Back: Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@ticklyhair.com. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you may need to pay for return shipping for the original item and shipping fees for the new product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you the following options:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A replacement of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product, as well as your order number, to help us process your claim efficiently.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ticklyhair.com or by phone at (315) 768-9535 to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the product.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective products, incorrect items).
- Processing time for refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
7. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable return service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
